Agendas & Minutes


The regular meetings of the ESD are normally held on the second Monday of each month at 4:00 PM. Final scheduling always depends upon the official agenda, which is posted a minimum of 72 hours in advance of any board meeting. All meetings will be held at the Administration Building located at 18606 Stuebner Airline, Spring, TX 77379.
